Bright Sunshiny Day in 2A

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, is Green and Red day!

We forgot to send out a reminder for permission forms for the movie (they were due today), so if your child is planning on attending please send in your forms by Friday!

On Friday, our class will be having a pajama day and read-a-thon. Students are welcome to dress in their jammies and bring in some books, a teddy and a blanket for a cozy afternoon of reading, Please ensure names are on all books. We are looking forward to a festive last couple of weeks!

Just a friendly reminder that our concert is this Thursday, December 12 at 1:10 pm and 6 pm. Tickets were sent home Thursday and we made antlers in class for our costume. Students are asked to dress in concert appropriate clothing (meaning neat and tidy- sweaters, pants, dresses, etc.). They’ve been working really hard on their songs and dance moves. You are going to love their performance!

Concert tickets were sent home this afternoon, please check school bags! Students received two tickets for their afternoon concert (Dec 12-1:10pm) and two tickets to the evening concert (Dec 12- 6:00pm).

We have started our Random Acts of Kindness Month! Students will have a challenge for the day to perform a random act of kindness. Today's random act of kindness challenge is "Offer your help to someone."

Math: Our mathematicians will be bringing home an Xtramath information sheet this week, please log in with the information provided. Students will also share the “Bag of Math Tricks” they have been working on in class. Book orders due December 5, 2019. Permission forms have been sent home for our trip to the movies on December 17th.
